Our History
A Continuation of a Dream Daycare Center was established in 1990 by Ida Everett. The daycare was run as a mother and daughter team, and Ms. Ida became a trailblazer in early childhood development. After getting her bachelor's degree from The College of New Rochelle, she expanded her daycare to two operations before retiring.
Continuing a Family Tradition of Excellence
Now, I continue my mother's passion and dream of helping others. Since graduating from Lehman College as a social worker with a minor in early childhood development, A Continuation of a Dream Daycare Center has had the pleasure of working with families and children of the Bronx, NY area. I am able to properly care for children and give them the education they need.
We Are Passionate About What We Do
The passion at A Continuation of a Dream Daycare Center is apparent through their education and dedication to caring, helping, and educating our future young ones. The aim is to help families who need child care while they go to school or work, or if they simply need a partner in caring for their precious ones. We have our MAT (medical administration training) certification so if your child needs medication we can administer it.
